Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of PSC Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Wee Jee Kin as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 16 November 2010.

Subsequent to the above appointment, Mr Chew Kok Liang and Mr Wee Jee Kin are Joint Company Secretaries of the Company.
